Police conclude their investigation; now await a review of case facts and final autopsy results

EPS Homicide Section investigators have completed their initial investigation into the death of a 64-year-old male following an incident at a residence near 90 Street and 119 Avenue on April 30, 2015.

Police are awaiting additional results from the Medical Examiner’s Office before ruling on manner of death. Once that information is received, the police file will be submitted to the Crown’s office for a legal opinion on culpability.
