Police seek public’s assistance locating missing teen girl

The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old female who was last seen in southeast Edmonton on Oct. 17th. On Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, Taylor Gardner, 14, left Edson, Alberta, and was given a ride to Edmonton by an unknown individual. It was reported to police that Taylor was subsequently dropped off at a friend’s residence in the southeast Edmonton neighbourhood of Jackson Heights.

Taylor then left the residence later Saturday and has not been seen since.

Gardner is described as a white female, sandy blonde shoulder-length hair, 5’2”, approximately 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing black jeans (ripped style) and a black sweater with large bold letters SCOTTS written across the chest and yellow trim. 

She was not carrying a cell phone, money or clothing appropriate for winter temperatures. Taylor’s disappearance is considered to be out of character.
