The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing man. Emmanuel Simon Vachon, 55, was last seen on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 and has not been heard from since. He was last seen at a residence in the area of 28 Street and 22 Avenue.
He is described as a Caucasian, approximately 6’1” tall and approximately 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing black jeans and a black nylon jacket that has a red and white horizontal stripe across the middle.
