Police seek public’s assistance locating missing 28-year-old man

The Edmonton Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing 28-year-old man who was last seen in southeast Edmonton in mid-June.

Jessie Lobban was last seen at his residence in the area of 61 Street and 17A Avenue at approximately 9 p.m. on June 15, 2016. His family and friends have not heard from him since.

Lobban is described as a black male, 5’7”-5’8” tall and approximately 140-150 lbs. with short, black hair.

There are concerns for Lobban’s well-being as his disappearance is out of character.
