Detectives lay charges in armed robberies

EPS Homicide Detectives have charged the three suspects who were arrested in connection with two armed robberies on Dec. 18, 2015 that left two men dead.

Laylin Delorme, 24, was charged with:

1st Degree Murder (x2)

Robbery with a Prohibited Restricted Firearm (x2)

Possession of a Loaded Prohibited Restricted Firearm (x2)

Possess Prohibited Firearm (x2)

Disguised with Intent (x2)

Dangerous Driving

Criminal Flight

Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000

Colton Steinhauer, 27, was charged with:

1st Degree Murder (x2)

Robbery with a Prohibited Restricted Firearm (x2) 

Disguised with Intent (x2)

Possession of a Weapon 

Possession of a Loaded Prohibited Restricted Firearm

Possess Prohibited Firearm

 

The 13-year-old youth was charged with:

1^st Degree Murder (x2)

Disguised with Intent (x2)

Robbery with a Prohibited Restricted Firearm (x2)

Breach of Undertaking (x2)

 

Detectives are also now releasing the name of the second victim, Ricky Massin Cenabre, 41.
