Police seek public’s assistance returning property to senior

The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the owner of found property that was turned into police last month.

On Mar. 30, 2017, a thoughtful citizen turned in property to EPS that was found in a downtown Edmonton pedway. Police believe it was lost by a senior who was shopping in the area of 100 Street and 102 A Avenue at the time. Officers obtained surveillance footage from the Starbucks in Edmonton City Centre shopping mall that the property owner attended. The photos were captured on Mar. 28, 2017 at approximately 10 a.m.
