Downtown Division patrol members were dispatched to Bellamy Hill near 99 Avenue at approximately 8:50 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2016, after receiving a traffic collision call.
Witnesses told police two motorcycles were travelling northbound up Bellamy Hill, when one of the drivers lost control of his motorcycle on a stretch of Bellamy Hill that curves left.
Paramedics treated and transported one male driver to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators do not believe speed or alcohol were factors in the collision.
Major Collision investigators would like to speak to the second motorcycle driver, who left the scene prior to the arrival of officers, or any other witnesses that may have information about this collision.
