Investigators searching for domestic violence offender

The Edmonton Police Service has issued warrants for the arrest of Clayton Larry Lepretre, 39, following a recent violent assault on his girlfriend.

On Monday, July 4, 2016, at approximately 6:50 p.m., police were dispatched to a west Edmonton address after receiving a report that a male had allegedly struck a female in the face with a baseball bat.

The complainant was taken to hospital with serious injuries, as a result of the violent assault.

Investigators have issued warrants for Lepretre’s arrest, including aggravated assault, unlawful confinement, possession of an offensive weapon (x2) and uttering threats.
