Missing 40-year-old man located

The 40-year-old man who was missing since, Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018, has been located.

Stuart Barclay was located safe and unharmed in North Vancouver on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018.

The EPS would like to thank the West Vancouver Police, the media and the public for their assistance.
