Police seek assistance finding stolen sculpture

The Edmonton Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a sculpture that was allegedly stolen in west Edmonton last year.

On Monday, Apr. 4, 2016, police received a report of a break and enter to a garage in the area of 156 Street and 107 Avenue. The sculpture, along with other items, was allegedly stolen from a garage in the overnight hours of Saturday, Apr. 2 and Sunday, Apr. 3, 2016.

 

 

The sculpture is approximately three feet tall and weighs an estimated 80 lbs. The piece is part of a series that was scheduled for an exhibition tour in 2017.
