Public information and warning

In the interest of public safety, the Edmonton Police Service is issuing a warning about Braden Ross Sabo, 18, who will be residing in the Edmonton area and is considered a risk to the community.

Sabo poses a risk for violence, especially to women, and is not allowed to be around children under the age of 14 as part of his current release conditions. 

Sabo also has conditions to not attend a public park or swimming area where persons under 16 years of age are present, or a daycare, school or community centre, and not to have any contact with a person under the age of 18 years unless in the presence of a parent or guardian.  

The Edmonton Police Service is issuing this information and warning after careful deliberation of all related issues, including privacy concerns, in the belief that it is clearly in the public interest to inform the members of the community.
