Nearly two decades later, the now-20-year-old woman and her family have reunited with Inspector McIsaac.
Media are invited to join the family and Inspector McIsaac tomorrow afternoon, where they will share their stories:
Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.
